血清CRP、IL-6水平与急性脑梗死的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平与急性脑梗死灶体积、病情严重程度的关系。方法胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定50例缺血性脑卒中患者发病3天内血清CRP水平,放射免疫法检测血清IL-6水平,同时选取与观察组性别、年龄相匹配的30例健康体检者作为对照组。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度标准(CNFDS)进行评分,所有患者均进行CT或MRI检查。结果对照组CRP:6.37±1.08 mg/ml,IL-6:0.12±0.09 ng/ml;实验组CRP:16.29±0.58mg/ml,IL-6:1.68±0.96ng/ml,急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、IL-6水平与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);与梗死灶体积及入院时神经功能缺损程度相关(P<0.05)。结论检测急性缺血性脑卒中患者CRP及IL-6对判断脑梗死灶范围大小、病情变化有一定临床意义。Objective To study C-reactive protein and Interleukin -6 in the serum of patients with stroke and to discuss the correlation with neurological deficits and size of cerebral infarct volume. Method 50 patients with cerebral infarction in test group were measured for serum CRP by particle enhanced immunoturbidimetry and IL - 6 by radioimmunoassay within three days after onset of index stroke. All patients were scored by CNFDS based on deficit in their clinical neurological function and examined with CT/MRI. Results In test group：CRP value was 16. 29 ±0. 58mg/ ml,IL -6 value was 1.68 ±0. 96ng/ml;In control group：CRP value was 6. 37 ± 1.08 mg/ml,IL-6 value was 0. 12 ± 0. 09 ng/ml. The CRP and IL -6 levels at admission were significantly higher in the test group than those in control group. The serum levels of CRP and IL - 6 were positively related to neurological deficits and size of cerebral infarct volume （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Serum levels of CRP and IL - 6 specifically clinical application volume for diagnosis, cure of stroke.
