摘　　要：每个学科都存在着指导本学科各研究领域前进发展的具有普遍意义和基础性的原则和思想,本文系统探讨了揭示公安情报属性、特征、功能及其运动规律的博弈原理、关联原理、还原原理、监控原理,这些原理使公安情报学成为科学而严谨的学科。Every discipline has its universal and basic principles and thought that guide the development of the research on its various fields. This article systematically discusses the game principle, relevance principle, restoration principle and surveillance principle, which reveal the attributes, traits, functions and movement rules of public security information science. These principles make public security information science become a scientific and strict discipline.
