准分子激光角膜切削术对泪液免疫机能的影响

摘　　要：为了解准分子激光角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ）对眼部特异性和非特异性免疫功能的影响，测定了４８人（９６眼）ＰＲＫ手术前后泪液免疫球蛋白ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＭ和补体Ｃ３的含量．结果发现：术后最初３ｄ，３种免疫球蛋白和补体Ｃ３含量普遍降低，至术后６ｄ时其均值接近术前水平，而ＩｇＡ则高出术前水平．至半月时，ＩｇＡ含量仍高于术前（Ｐ＜０．０１），补体Ｃ３含量则明显低于术前水平．结果表明：准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后初期，泪液中Ｉｇ和Ｃ３含量有一个较明显的下降过程．术后早期预防性应用有效抗生素实属必要．To understand the effect of excimer laser photorefractive Keratactomy (PRK) on the specific and non-specific immune function in eyes, the levels of IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 were determined in the tear of 48 patients (96 eyes) before and after PRK surgery. The results revealed: 1 - 3 days after the operation there appeared an universal content drop of 3 immunoglobulins and complement C3, whose values approached the preoperative levels 6 days after the operation, except that IgA was higher than the preoperative level; and postoperatively half a month later, IgA level still remain higher (P<0.01) but complement C3 was significantly lower than the preoperative levels. The results suggested that at the early stage of PRK surgery there exists an obviously-declining process of Ig and C3 contents in tear. It is defensively necessary to administer effective antibiotics at the early stage after the operation.
