摘　　要：采用在脓肿切开的同时，一次性完成根管治疗术，治疗５６例急性牙槽脓肿患者，取得了较好疗效认为由于对脓肿进行了切开引流术及应用具有较强消毒力的根管充填剂，从而省去了根管封药消毒这一步骤。With the abscess cut open, once-through root canal therapy was performed to treat acute alveolar abscess in 56 cases, resulting in satisfactory ticks. With the technique of incision drainage and the application of powerfully-sterilizing root canal filling agent, the author believed, the process of root canal sterilization can be omitted and the treatment course can be shorten with a good effect.
