摘  要:本文研究了制膜条件对PVDF/聚酯无纺布复合微孔膜结构与性能的影响。结果发现凝固浴温度、纳米TiO2对膜结构性能影响不大,添加剂的选择以及PVDF浓度是主要的影响因素。通过选择合适的铸膜液组成和工艺参数,制备表面孔径0.05-0.5μm、水通量范围400-2000L/h.m2的PVDF复合膜。The influences of preparing conditions on the structure and performances of composite membranes by casting PVDF solutions on PET non-woven fabrics were investigated. It was found that the sublayer of PVDF membrane in the composite membrane exhibited a spongelike structure, and the performances of composite membrane were controlled by morphology of the skin layer of PVDF membrane. The effects of coagulation temperature and nano-TiO2 particles on the composite membrane structures and properties were weak, however, the additive species and PVDF concentration played an important role. Therefore, by choosing the proper composition of casting solutions and preparing parameters, the excellent PVDF composite membranes were fabricated with pore diameter from 0.05 to 0.51.tm and the water fluxes from 400 to 2000L/h·m^2.
