白血病细胞p53基因蛋白表达的研究

摘　　要：为研究p53基因突变与人类白血病的关系，应用免疫组化方法对45例不同类型的白血病标本进行了p53蛋白的检测。结果发现p53蛋白表达阳性率为24．4％，其中在急性髓系白血病中为18．2％，而在急性淋系白血病中为27.3％，急性民淋两系白血病间p53蛋白的表达差异无显著性（P＞0．05），p53蛋白的表达量与病人年龄、外周血血红蛋白水平、白细胞计数、血小板计数间也无显著性相关（P＞0．05）。In order to study the relationship between the p53 protein and human leukemia, immunohistochemical analysis was used todetect the p53 protein expression in specimens of 45 Patients with leukemia. The total p53 peitive rate was 24. 4% (11/45).There was no significant difference between p53 positive rate of ALL patients and that of AML patients(27. 3 % verus 18. 2%,P=0.4289 ). p53 protein expression level didn't correlate with age, Hb level,WBC count,Plt counts of leukemia patients.
