摘　　要：目的：分析Ｅｗｉｎｇ肉瘤的特殊表现。方法：对１２例表现特殊的Ｅｗｉｎｇ肉瘤的放射学资料进行回顾性研究。结果：特殊（或少见）表现包括：均匀性致密硬化，其骨外瘤块同样也致密硬化；虫噬样骨破坏累及干骺、骨骺及相邻关节；其它特殊表现还有椎体压缩变扁，或椎体前缘呈外压性碟形缺损；多囊样骨破坏并梳状骨针；骨膨胀和软组织肿块内出现斑片状钙化等。结论：对上述诸多特殊表现的认识，有助于提高对Ｅｗｉｎｇ肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。Objective:To analysis the specific findings of Ewing′s sarcoma.Methods:The specific X-ray manifestation of 12 patients with Ewing sarcoma were retrospectively studied.Results:The specific (or rare)findings included:hemogeneous osteosclerosis presented in the whole tumor mass;motheaten bone destruction in the metaphysis,epiphysis and adjacent joint;collapsed vertebrat body,cortical saucerization at the anterior position of the ill vertebrae,multiple cystic bone destruction with pectinate and spicular periostitis;osseous expansion and calcification in soft tissue mass.Conclusion:To recognize the specific X-ray findings of Ewing′s sarcoma is helpful in establishing the correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis
