摘　　要：综述了餐饮废水处理方法的现状,主要介绍了餐饮废水的预处理和处理两个阶段的处理技术,指出餐饮废水的处理方法将以处理设备的一体化、开发多功能混凝剂以及多种方法的联用为主要发展趋势。This paper provides an overview of the current situation of the treatment of waste water from restaurants, mainly introdues the technology of treating the waste water from restaurants in the earlier period and later period. Meanwhile,it also points out the developing trends of treating methods：integration of treatment equipment, development of mutifunetion eongelation and joint - application of different technology.
