摘　　要：高校校园的安全稳定是师生学习、生活和工作的基本前提,是学校改革和发展的基础,是创建和谐校园的内在要求和重要保证。从构建和谐校园的角度看,高校在政治思想、教学、环境、学生心理等方面仍然存在着不稳定因素。文章结合实际查找影响校园安全稳定的因素,探究高校构建和谐校园的对策。The stable and secure campus offers the university students and teachers the basic premise to study, live and work, and it also offers the university the foundation to reform and develop herself, thereby, stability and security are the inherent requirements and important guarantee to build up a harmonious campus. In building up a harmonious unirersity campus, there are still some unstable factors in the ideological and political work, the teaching and learning, the surroundings and even the students＇ psychology. The paper intends to analyze the factors affecting the construction of the harmonious university campus and put forward some countermeasures.
