摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化动物模型在病因学、病理学及预防方面的研究中起着非常重要的作用。近年来,运用兔子、小鼠、大鼠、鹌鹑等成功地建立了大量高脂饲料、单纯药物、高脂饲料加药物、基因敲除鼠及基因工程模型等诱导的动物模型。本文介绍了这几种动物模型的制作方法,以期为动脉粥样硬化的深入研究提供参考。Experimental animal model plays an important role in the study of etiology, pathology, prevention and cure of AS. In recent years, the models have been successfully established in many species such as rabbits, rats, mice and quails, etc, which induced by gene knock-out, genetic engineering, feeding plenty of feedstuff with high fat or/and sugar, injecting drug or using the two latter methods together. Each animal model has its advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, the methods of preparation of these models were reviewed so as to provide information for further study of this disease.
