摘　　要：目的探索研究板蓝根药材质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对板蓝根中有机酸成分进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根腺苷类成分的含量。结果两种方法均操作简单,重复性好,准确可靠。结论可利用此方法控制板蓝根药材的质量。Object study and research on quality control standard about the medical material of Radix Isatidis. Method TLC was used to identify organic acids qualitatively and HPLC was used to determine the content of adenosines in the Radix Isatidis. Result two methods were operated simply, good repeatability, accurate and reliable. Conclusion the methods could be used to control the quality of medical material of the Radix Isatidis.
