摘　　要：阐述了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询工作的新特点和新变化,指出参考咨询人员为适应时代的需求,更好地为用户服务就必须加强个人的知识管理,并提出了参考咨询人员个人知识管理的主要对策。This paper expounds the new features and new changes of library＇s reference service under the network environment, points out that reference service staff who want to adapt to the requirements of the times and provide better service for users must strengthen the individual knowledge management, and puts forward some main countermeasures for the individual knowledge management of reference service staff.
