摘 要:目的评价高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗原发性肝癌的有效性。方法采用HIFU治疗原发性肝癌24例。根据治疗前后影像学变化、实验室检查和临床症状的变化等评估其疗效。结果动态增强CT显示治疗后靶区内组织无强化;B超学检查回声增强。呈现完全或部分凝固性坏死的特征性表现。患者治疗后AFP有不同程度的下降、肝区疼痛有不同程度的缓解;所有患者治疗后均未出现重要脏器功能明显异常和邻近组织脏器损伤等严重并发症。结论HIFU治疗肝癌疗效明确,且安全、可行,为临床无创性治疗肝癌提供了一种新的手段。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy for primary liver cancer. Methods Twenty-four cases of liver cancer were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound. The efficiency was evaluated according to imaging changes, laboratory examinations, clinical symptoms changes before and after treat-ment. Results Dynamic enhanced CT showed that target tissue region had no enhancement after treatment. Echo enhanced by B ultrasound examination. Characteristic findings of complete or partial coagulation necrosis presented. AFP decreased, hepatalgia symptom was relieved in varying degrees after treatement. All cases did not have severe complications, such as important organ functions obvious abnormality and adjacent tissues organ injury. Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound therapy for liver cancer is efficacy clear, safety and feasible. It provides a new method for non-invasive therapy on liver cancer.
