摘 要:以葡萄糖水溶液为分散介质、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,加入稳定剂聚乙烯醇(PVA),用悬浮共聚法合成了含羧基的功能性微米级单分散交联聚苯乙烯微球(简称聚苯乙烯微球)。考察了葡萄糖、主单体苯乙烯(St)、功能单体AA、稳定剂PVA、交联剂二乙烯苯(DVB)、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)含量对聚苯乙烯微球的粒径及其分布的影响。实验结果表明,较佳的聚合条件为:葡萄糖水溶液的质量分数为6.5%~7.0%;St,AA,DVB,AIBN,PVA分别占总物料质量的20%~25%,100%,0.10%,0.25%,1.00%;温度79℃;反应时间10h。在此条件下制备的聚苯乙烯微球的平均直径为50~70μm,分散性较好。Functional micron-sized mono-dispersed cross-linking polystyrene micro-spheres (abbreviated as polystyrene microspheres ), which contained carboxyl groups, were prepared by suspension copolymerization of styrene (St) with functional monomer acrylic acid (AA) in glucosewater media, using poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) as stabilizer. Effects of mass fraction of glucose in glucose aqueous solution, monomer St amount, AA amount, cross-linker divinyl benzene (DVB) amount, initiator 2,2-azo-bisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) dosage and PVA amount on particle size of polystyrene microspheres and its distribution were investigated. Optimal reaction conditions (based on total mass of reaction system) are:mass fraction of glucose in glucose aqueous solution 6.5% -7.0%, St 20% -25% ,AA 1.00% ,DVB 0. 10% ,AIBN 0.25%, PVA 1.00%, reaction temperature 79 ℃ and time 10 h. Average particle diameter of polystyrene microspheres obtained under optimal conditions is 50 -70 μm and its distribution is fine.
