摘　　要：目的培养PICC护士,提高患者的生活质量。方法成立PICC专家组,选拔具有护师职称人员,进行PICC理论和实践培训,再通过培训考核、日常考核、阶段考核和年度考核的形式评价培训效果,使她们达到既定的培训目标,具备PICC专业护士的资质,承担相应的职责。结果目前已培养出30名PICC护士,分布在临床各病区,全院开展的PICC例数从1%上升至6.1%。结论培养PICC护士可以大大消除由高危药物不合理输入途径等带来的输液安全隐患,提高了患者输液的安全性和有效性。Objective To cultivate nurses for operating peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） so as to improve patient＇s life quality. Methods PICC expert panel was established to train the nurses with PICC theory and practical operation. Four steps of examination were conducted on them to evaluate the training effect and equip them with PICC profession so that they carried on the PICC duty. Results 30 PICC nurses had been successfully trained, who were working at each unit and had operated PICC from 1% to 6.1%. Conclusion PICC nurse training may eliminate the transfusion risks caused by improper transfusion of high risk drugs and enhance the safety and effect of transfusion.
