原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者外周血T细胞亚群的变化研究

摘　　要：目的观察原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)患者外周血CD4+/CD8+T细胞比值及CD4+CD25+T细胞和CD4+CD2-8T细胞的数量,探讨其在PBC诊治中的价值。方法用流式细胞术检测CD4+、CD8+、CD4+CD2+5和CD4+CD2-8T细胞的数量。结果59例急性期PBC患者的CD4+CD2+5T细胞数量显著低于正常组;CD4/CD8和CD4+CD2-8T细胞显著高于正常组(P<均0.05);PBC治疗后的CD4+CD2+5T细胞数量显著高于治疗前,CD4+CD2-8T细胞显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),CD4+/CD8+无显著变化。结论随治疗后症状改善,PBS患者外周血CD4+CD2+5T细胞数量明显上升,CD4+CD2-8T细胞明显下降,提示PBC的发病和发展与该群细胞数量密切相关。Objective To detect the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ T cells ,the number of CD4^＋ CD28T cells and CD4^＋ CD5^＋T cells of peripheral blood in primary biliary cirrhosis （PBC） patients and evaluate its diagnosis value in PBC patients. Methods The numbers of CD4^＋ CD8^＋, CD4^＋ CD28 T cell and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T cells were detected by flow eytometry. Results In acute stage ,the numbers of CD4^＋ CD25 T eeli in 59 PBC patients were lower than those in control group, the numbers of CD4/CDs T cell and CD4^＋ CD28 T cell in PBC patients were higher than those of control greup（P all 〈 0.05） ; CD4^＋ CD8^＋ T cell numbers in PBC went up and CD4^＋ CD28 T cell numbers went down after treatment（P all 〈 0.05） ,but CD4/CD8^＋ T cell num, hers had no significant change. Condusions Improved symptoms, elevated CD4^＋ CD25 T numbers and descend CD4 CD28 T cells after treatment are displayed that the morbility and development of PBC have intimate relations with the numbers of T cell subsets.
