摘  要:饲料中添加不同比例的小肽产品,研究其对牙鲆幼鱼生长性能、消化酶及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。实验设计3组,每组设3个平行,分别饲养于9个30m2室内水泥池中,每口池放养6000尾牙鲆幼鱼。对照组、试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ的饲料中分别添加0‰、0.5‰和1.0‰的小肽制品,经过35d的饲养。结果表明:1.各试验组的增长率、增重率均高于对照组,其中试验组Ⅱ与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);2.各试验组的胃、肠蛋白酶活性与对照组相比有极显著的提高(P<0.01),肠淀粉酶活性各组间无显著变化;3.试验组肝脏SOD活性及MDA含量都较对照组低,试验组Ⅱ与对照组有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of dietary, small pepfides on the growth performance, digestive enzyme activities and oxidation resistance of juvenile flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus. The juvenile flounder were divided into 3 experimental triplicate groups and stocked in indoor tanks (6 000 juvenile flounder/30 m^2). The diet of control group, test group Ⅰ, test group Ⅱ respectively included 0‰, 0.5‰ and 1.0 ‰ of small peptides, the growth performance, digestive enzyme (protease, amylase) activities and Oxidation resistance (SOD MDA) of flounder were determined 35 days later. 'These results showed that: 1. The growth ratio of tength and growth in test groups were better than the control group. It indicated a significant difference between test group Ⅱ and control group (P〈0.05). 2. The stomach, intestinal protease activity in test groups were significant increasing compared with control group (P〈0.01). but the amylase activity in each group were similar. 3. SOD activity and MDA content in the liver of the test group was lower than the control group. The test group Ⅱ were significant lower than the control group (P〈0.01).
