摘　　要：深入研究喂纱机构的成圈原理,并在此基础上结合地毯簇绒工艺建立横动补偿系统的数学模型,得出与实际情况相符的理论补偿量计算公式,最后提出基于伺服控制的全周期补偿方法和半周期补偿方法.The loop-forming principles of yarn feeding apparatus in the carpet tufting machine is introduced, then the mathematic model of transversing bucking-out system is created and the formula of theoretical compensation rate is obtained, which measured up to physical circumstances according to the loop-forming principles and rug-overtufting technological requirements. Finally the methods of completeperiod compensation and half-period compensation based on servocontrol is explained.
