岩舒联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察岩舒联合化疗在晚期胃癌治疗中的作用。方法治疗组应用岩舒静脉滴注联合紫杉醇和奥沙利铂化疗,对照组仅用紫杉醇和奥沙利铂化疗,3周为1个疗程,3个疗程后进行评价。结果两组疗效相近,治疗组临床受益反应高于对照组(P<0.05),且恶心呕吐和骨髓抑制、肝功能损害等副作用都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期胃癌应用岩舒联合紫杉醇和奥沙利铂化疗能够减轻化疗的毒副作用,提高临床受益反应,从而改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Yanshu injection combined with paclilaxel and oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Patients in the treatment group received Yanshu injection combined with paclitaxel and oxaliplatin,and patients in the control group were treated with paclitaxel and oxaliplation alone. The treatment was repeated every 3 weeks. Efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after 3 cycles of treatment. Result：Similar effects were observed in the two groups. Patients in the treatment group had significantly higher clinical benefit response （CBR） than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The main toxicities, including gastrointestinal reaction, myelosuppression and liver damage, were significantly less com- mon in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusion Yanshu injection could alleviate the toxicities, improve the clinical benefit response and quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with paclitaxel and oxaliplation.
