摘　　要：针对医院见习教学的特点及患者隐私权的性质,就目前医院见习教学过程中如何保护患者隐私权这一问题作出论证,系统地分析了我国隐私权立法的不足,并在此基础上提出进一步完善的建议。According to the characteristics of noviciate medical students and the patients′ requirements for private rights, this paper discussed how to protect patients ′ private rights in clinical teaching for noviciate medical students, systematically analyzed the insufficiency in legislation on protecting patientslprivacy, and made some suggestions for further improvement.
