摘  要:目的探讨紫花茄皂苷I-1对人肝癌BEL-7402细胞的抗肿瘤作用并对其进行溶血性检查。方法用酸性磷酸酶(APA)法测定不同浓度紫花茄皂苷处理人肝癌BEL-7402细胞后的OD405值。体外溶血性实验检测皂苷安全性。结果紫花茄皂苷对BEL-7402细胞有明显的抗肿瘤作用,在皂苷作用72 h后,实验组与对照组的OD405值比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。体外溶血实验,100μg.ml-1的皂苷Ⅰ-1不引起兔红细胞的溶血和凝集。结论紫花茄皂苷I-1对人肝癌细胞的抗肿瘤作用呈明显的浓度依赖性,在体外安全性较好。Objective To investigate the antineoplastic activity and blood cell haemolysis test on saponin.Methods The OD405 value of cell was detected after saponin treatment by the acid phosphatase assay(APA).The safety of saponin was examined by haemolysis and blood cell agglutination tests.Results The saponin significantly inhibited proliferation of BEL-7402 cells.Apparent difference in OD405 value was detected after BEL-7402 cells had been exposed to the saponin for 72 hours compared with control group(P〈0.05).It was proved that 100μg·ml^-1 saponin caused no haemolysis and blood cell agglutination in vitro.Conclusion The saponin I-1 has concentration-dependent antineoplastic activity on human hepatocarcinoma cells.The safety of saponin was better in vitro.
