摘　　要：人的全面发展既是人类社会发展的最高价值目标,也是社会主义的本质要求.社会主义要立足于人的发展,坚持科学的发展观,不断发展生产力,发展教育文化,优化美化生存环境,在不断完善和发展社会主义的同时,推进人的全面发展.The overall development of human being is not only the highest valued object of the development of human society, but also the requirement of the essence of socialism. Socialism should be based on the development of human being. Adhering to the scientific concept of development, developing popular education and optimizing and beautifying the living environment aim at the development of human being, when developing and perfecting socialism.
