摘  要:目的:评价云南引进的珍贵树种——塔拉豆粉的食用安全性,为新资源食品开发提供基础数据。方法:按GB15193-1994《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行[1],包括:急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、30d喂养试验和传统致畸试验。结果:雌雄大、小鼠急性经口LD50>10g/kg.bw,属无毒级。Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸形三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性,30d喂养试验未显示明显毒性,传统致畸结果阴性。结论:塔拉豆粉经食品毒理学安全性评价认为是安全的,可将其运用于保健食品的开发研究中。Objective:To evaluate the safety of edible Tara powder and provide basic data for the development of this food.Methods:An acute toxicity test,an Ames test,a micronucleus test on rat marrow,a test on rat sperm abnormality,a 30-day feeding test and a conventional teratogeny test were conducted separately.Results: The peros LD50 of the mice or rats was larger than 10g/ kg.bw,belonging to the nonpoisonous.The negative results were obtained in genotoxicity tests,including Ames test,the micronucieus test and sperm abnormality test.There was no significant toxictity observed in the 30-day feeding test and the teratogeny test.Conclusion: Tara powder as food is safe and edible and can be used for the development of healthy food.
