我国学校体育发展基本趋势的探析

摘　　要：分析了我国学校体育所处的背景以及中央7号文件寄予的期望,在此基础上,认为我国学校体育发展的基本趋势主要表现在:①深入推进体育(与健康)课程改革,提高教学质量;②积极落实学生每天1 h体育锻炼时间;③广泛开展阳光体育运动,形成长效机制;④全面实施《国家学生体质健康标准》制度;⑤加强体育师资队伍建设,提高师资质量;⑥加大学校体育投入,加强学校体育场地设施器材建设;⑦建立学校体育安全保障机制,防范风险;⑧实施体育考试制度,加强学校体育督导制度;⑨营造全社会关心的学校体育氛围,形成共建的合力;⑩加强学校体育科学研究,提升学校体育理论水平。On the basis of analyzing the backgrounds of the Chinese school P.E. And the demands of the central government File No. 7, the author points out that the development trends of the Chinese school P. E. displays that the reform of the sports and health courses will be furthered so as to improve the teaching qual- ity. The students will be required to have one hour physical training each day. The Sunny Sports program will be developed and the National Student Fitness Standard will be executed comprehensively. The teachers＇ training will be strengthened. There will be more investment in the school sports and the construction of the sports facilities. The security mechanism of school sports will be set up. The sports testing system will be carried out and the school sports supervision system will be reinforced. The society should be more concerned about the school sports. More scientific researches will be done into the school sports.
