摘 要:通过优化换能器拓扑结构和匹配网络设计,研制出f0=4.3 GHz,Δf-3 dB≥200 MHz,Δt=0.358μs的C波段声体微波延迟线。该产品的插入损耗约为-22 dB,直通抑制大于40 dB,三次渡越抑制大于28 dB,回波损耗约为-16 dB,产品综合性能指标优于国外同类产品。Through optimizing design of transduter topology and matching network, a microwave bulk acoustic wave delay line worked at C waveband with f0 =4.3 GHz, △f-3dB≥200 MHz, △t=0. 358 μs was developed. The insertion loss was approximate -22 dB with feed through suppression large than 40 dB. Triple transmitting suppression(TTS) was large than 28 dB and reflecting wave loss was almost -16 dB, which was superior to that of foreign similar devices.
