非公经济的行业代谢与共生耦合运行模式——福建鑫磊晶体有限公司案例研究

摘　　要：循环经济在我国由一个陌生的名词和一种理念,迅速走向一个能实实在在地指导社会经济发展和环境保护的重要原则和战略。虽然中小的非公有制企业在技术、信息、人才、管理等方面往往处于劣势,但我们在对福建鑫磊晶体有限公司走循环经济发展之路的案例分析研究时发现:非公有制企业在新环境下可以通过开展技术创新,采用新工艺、实施综合利用成功地发展循环经济。本文认为,非公有制企业循环经济发展的实践为非公有经济的发展拓展了空间,但非公有制企业发展循环经济也存在着许多困难,切实解决这些困难,将有利于提高非公有制经济发展循环经济的规模和水平,为其可持续发展奠定良好的基础。In our country, ＇recycling economy＇ changed rapidly from a strange noun and one kind of concept towards the important principles and strategies of guiding the socio - economic development and environmental protection really. Although small and medium - sized non - public - owned enterprises are often at a disadvantage in technology, information, personnel, management, and other areas, in the cese analysis of Fujian Xinlei Crystal Limited walking the road of Recycling economy we found that： in the new environment, non - public - owned enterprises can develop its recycling economy successfully through technical innovation, introduction of new technology, implementation of comprehensive utilization. This article shows us that the practices developing its recycling economy of non - public - owned enterprises expand the space for the development of non - public economic, but the non - public - owned enterprises＇ developing its recycling economy also exist many difficulties, and solving these difficulties earnestly will help improve the scale and level of the non - public - owned enterprises developing its recycling economy, and lay a good foundation for its sustainable development.
