摘　　要：随着肿瘤个体化治疗的提出，化疗药敏检测也不断受到重视。肿瘤原代细胞胶原凝胶体包埋化疗药敏检测技术可以模拟体内用药环境，与临床具有较好的相关性，是近十几年来发展起来的一项体外化疗药敏检测技术，在肺癌、乳腺癌、胃肠癌等的临床与基础研究方面已体现了其实际应用价值。With the posing of individualized chemotherapy, chemosensitivity test has attracted more and more attention. As a new developing in-vitro chemosensitivity test system in the past ten years, collagen gel droplet embedded culture-drug sensitivity test can simulate the in-vivo microenvironment of cell growth and anti-tumor drug＇s effect. Moreover, its results have significant correlation with clinical response. It has already shown applicable value in clinical and preclinical study of lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and other cancers.
