摘　　要：诱导分化治疗是肿瘤治疗的一个新领域。目前，用于肿瘤诱导分化治疗的药物主要有维甲酸类、砷剂、组蛋白去乙酰基抑制剂、维生素D3及其类似物、细胞因子、丹参酮以及尿提取物。肿瘤诱导分化的研究已成为肿瘤治疗的热点之一。Induction differentiation therapy is a new hemisphere in tumor therapy. At present, retinoic acid, arsenical, histone deacety catastaltica, vitamin D3 and vitamin D3 analogs, cytokine, tanshinone and urin-extractive are the main drugs which are used for induction differentiation therapy. Induction differentiation therapy has been one of the focus researches in tumor therapy.
