摘 要:目的旨在提高对胼胝体发育不全CT表现的认识。方法参考文献,对32例CT诊断胼胝体发育不全患者进行回顾性探讨,总结其CT表现。结果CT轴位扫描示,两侧侧脑室体部分离基本平行26例;半球间裂与透明隔间腔相通6例,紧贴或明显靠近26例;第三脑室扩大,上移22例;两侧侧脑室前角呈倒“八”字10例,呈新月形8例。合并灰质异位伴脑裂畸形6例;胼胝体脂肪瘤2例;透明隔缺如2例;巨脑回2例;脑穿通畸形2例。结论严重胼胝体发育不全具有典型CT表现,诊断基本没有问题,但轻度部分性胼胝体发育不全则可能漏诊,这一点CT逊色于MRI(MRI是最理想的诊断手段)。Objective To improve understanding of CT appearances in callosum hypoplasia. Methods CT appearances of 32 cases in callosum hypoplasia were discussed and summarized. Results CT transaxial scan showed that there were 26 cases in two lateral ventricles of the brain of body separation and parallel; 6 cases in cerebral hemispheres splits and transparent septum cavitys which be interlinked; 26 cases in side by side; 22 cases of the third ventricles of the brain which was enlarged and moved up ; 10 cases of front part of two lateral ventricles of the brain which showed reversed Chinese "eight" ; 8 cases in lunate; There were 6 cases in cerebral cortex dislocation and cerebral splits abnormals; 2 case in callosm lipoadenoma; 2 case which do not have transparent split; 2 case in super large cerebrum; 2 case in cerebral throughout abnormals. Conclusion Severe callosum hypoplasia shows typical CT appearances, it is easy to diagnose , but mild partial callosum hypoplasia may be ignored. On this point, MRI is better than CT in diagnosis of mild partial callosum hypoplasia. MRI is the best method for it.
