三氧化二砷联合顺铂治疗乳腺癌裸鼠皮下移植瘤的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:观察联合应用三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)和顺铂(DDP)治疗人乳腺癌MCF-7裸鼠皮下移植瘤的疗效。方法:建立裸鼠皮下人乳腺癌移植瘤模型,应用As_2O_3和DDP联合治疗,计算抑瘤率并用透射电镜观察瘤体细胞凋亡情况。结果:联合用药组的抑瘤率为76.47%,明显高于单独应用AS_2O_3或DDP的抑瘤率(P<0.01);且联合用药组的肿瘤细胞呈明显凋亡形态改变。结论:As_2O_3与DDP联合用药比两药单独应用具有较强的抑制肿瘤生长作用,二者具有协同抗癌作用。Objective：To observe the curative effects of arsenic trioxide （As2O3） combined diamminedichloroplatinum （DDP） treating subcutaneous transplantation human breast carcinoma induced by MCF-7 in nude mouse. Methods：The nude mice model of subcutaneous transplantation human breast carcinoma were established, and treated with As2O3 combined DDP.The tumor inhibitory rate of each group were calculated, and the apoptosis of tumor cells were observed with transmission electron microscope.Results：The tumor inhibitory rate of As2O3 combined DDP group were 76.47%, which was obviously higher than single using As2O3 or DDP （P 〈 0.01）. The tumor cells in As2O3 combined DDP group appeared obvious apoptotic mophological changes.Conclusions：As2O3 combined DDP has fairly better inhibiting effects on tumor growth, As2O3 and DDP have cooperative antitumous effects.
