外源性眼内炎72例的病原分析及治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体切除手术联合眼内抗生素的注射治疗外源性细菌性眼内炎的效果。方法先对72例拟诊为眼内炎的患者进行菌种鉴定及药物敏感试验,然后进行玻璃体切除手术联合眼内抗生素的注射。结果外源性眼内炎72例(72眼)中有效61例,有效率为84.72%。有11例无效,其中6例眼球被摘除。结论玻璃体切除手术联合眼内抗生素注射为该病的首选治疗方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clincal effect of vitrectomy combined.with intravitreal antibiotic injections for endoph- thalmitis. Methods There are 72 cases of endophthalmitis were done to identify bacteria and drug sensitivity tests （anto Scan -4 Bacterial identification device ）, then proceed to vitrectomy com- bined with intravitreal antibiotic injections. Results Sixty-one pa- tients have been cured in 72 cases of endophthalmitis, the efficiency over 84.72%. There are 11 cases invalid, including six cases eye-bail was removed. Conclusions Vitrectomy combined with intravitheal antibiotic injections has become the preferred treatment of en-dophthalmitis.
