摘 要:目的:建立上颌第一磨牙及其牙周支持组织非线性三维有限元模型.方法:运用3DSS对上颌第一磨牙标准模型进行扫描;运用逆向工程软件Geomagic Studio8生成三维实体模型;有限元软件ANSYS10.0中生成三维有限元模型.结果:建立了包含上颌第一磨牙、牙周膜、硬骨板、松质骨及密质骨的非线性三维有限元模型,共96875个10节点四面体单元,132838个节点.结论:建立的三维有限元模型有很高的几何相似性,并且结构完整,网格质量较好,为进一步的生物力学研究奠定了基础.AIM: To reconstruct the non-linear three-dimensional finite element analysis models of the maxillary first molar and its supporting tissues. METHODS: After the three dimentional sensing system scanning to the standard model of maxillary first molar, a 3-D geometric model was established by Geomagic Studio 8, a reverse engineering software. Three-dimensional finite element analysis model was then built in ANSYS10.0, a three-dimensional finite element analysis software. RESULTS: The non-linear 3-D FEA model of maxillary first molar, periodontal ligament, lamina dura, cancellous bone and cortical bone was reconstructed successfidly, which had 96 875 10-node-tetrahedral elements and 132 838 nodes in total. CONCLUSION: The reconstructed finite element analysis model of maxillary first molar has high geometrical similarity, intact structure and precise mesh. And it provides a foundation for the further study of biomechanics of maxillary first molar.
