摘　　要：住院费用是医疗保险基金的主要补偿内容。作者通过对不同定额结算模式下医保患者住院医疗费用的变化情况分析,探讨定额结算模式对住院费用的影响及其影响因素。为在充分考虑医疗资源需求强度的前提下,建立科学、合理的结算模式提供参考。Hospitalization expenses constitute the main part of the compensation of medical insurance. The aim of this paper is to analyze the variation of medical expenses of hospitalized patients with medical insurance in different modes of accounting, find the influencing factors in accounting quotas on hospitalization expenses, and set up a scientific and reasonable mode of accounting with a full consideration of the huge demands of medical resources
