劳动力外流与民族和谐社区建构——以乌江下游小王村为个案

摘　　要：本文以乌江下游民族杂居自然村落——小王村为个案,以人类学田野调查视角,分析了改革开放以来民族杂居山区劳动力外流概况及其动因,探究了劳动力外流对民族杂居山区社会发展所带来的积极影响和不利因素。调查发现,农业劳动力的大量外流促进了民族杂居村落的社会发展,但同时也带来一些不利因素,影响民族杂居村落的社会和谐与稳定。笔者认为,发挥优势,化解矛盾,变不利为有利,对构建民族和谐社区,意义重大。Based on a case study of Xiaowang Village, a multi-ethnic village at the lower reaches of Wujiang River, this paper, from the perspective of anthropological field research, analyzes the general situation of labor emigration in multi-ethnic rural areas since the reform and opening up, and its causes and examines the positive influence and unfavorable factors it may bring about to these areas. It is discovered that the emigration of a vast quantity of labor has enhanced the development of the multi-ethnic villages and has brought about lots of unfavorable factors and affected the harmony and stability of these villages. The researcher argues that it will have vast significance on the construction of harmonious ethnic societies to develop advantages, resolve contradictions and Change disadvantages into advantages.
