摘　　要：周恩来对新中国建立初期的外贸事业提出了一系列正确的思想主张,领导制定了众多切实可行的政策措施,积极开拓和发展了新中国的外贸事业,为打破当时西方国家的封锁禁运、保证国内经济的恢复和发展等作出重要贡献,并为中国外贸事业的发展奠定了基础。Zhou Enlai set out a series of correct ideas on foreign trade for the early years after the founding of New China, formulated a lot of feasible measures and policies and energetically opened up and developed the cause of Chinese foreign trade. With all these efforts he made important contributions to breaking the blockade and embargo by the Western countries and guaranteeing the domestic economic recovery and development and at the same time laid a solid foundation for the development of China＇s foreign trade.
