摘　　要：随着现代计算机技术的迅速发展,使用EDA软件进行的电路设计与仿真已经成为现代电子技术系统设计的必然趋势,文章介绍了Proteus软件的功能和特点,并结合具体的例子说明如何用Proteus实现ARM的虚拟开发。实践证明,用Pro-teus软件进行ARM开发可以大大缩短开发周期、提高开发效率、降低开发成本。With the rapid development of modem computer technology, Using EDA software to design and simulate the circuit has become an inevitable trend in the area of modem electronic technology system designing. The paper has introduced the function and characteristics of the software called Proteus, and also show how to use Proteus to develop （virtual） ARM combined with the material examples. With the help of Proteus, the cycle of the development can shorten, the efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be reduced.
