微通道板离子阻挡膜对三代像管分辨率的影响

摘　　要：分析传统的微通道板离子阻挡膜对三代像管分辨率的影响，指出离子阻挡膜衰减碰撞通道壁的一次电子数及其工艺引起的通道内壁碳污染是导致带膜三代像管分辨率下降的主要原因，提出降低离子阻挡膜对三代像管分辨率影响的主要技术途径。The effect of conventional ion barrier film at the input of MCP on the resolution of generation Ⅲ image tube is analyzed. it is found that ion barrier film attenuating the quantity of primary impact electrons on channel wall and it's technolgy producing carbon contamination on channel surface are the main factors decreasing the resolution of generation Ⅲ image tube with filmed MCP. A main way to reduce the effect of ion barrier film on the resolution of generation Ⅲ image tube is proposed.
