摘　　要：[目的]探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在喉癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化的方法检测68例喉癌标本中survivin的表达情况。[结果]喉癌中survivin的阳性表达率为52.9%(36/68),survivin阳性表达率与肿瘤临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移有一定相关性。[结论]Survivin可能成为预测喉癌预后的新指标。[Purpose ] To study the expression of apoptosis protein inhibitor, smwivin, in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the relationship with clinicopathologic features. [Methods ] The expression of smwivin in 68 cases with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was detected immunohistochemically. [Results ] The positive rate of smwivin expression in laryngeal squamous Cell carcinoma was 52.9%（36/68）. Which was correlated to clinical staging, pathology grades and lymph node metatasis. [Conclusions] Smwivin might be act as a new marker to forecast prognosis for laryngeal cancer.
