摘　　要：目的为了解化疗后骨髓受抑和恢复期网织红细胞（网红）各参数变化的情况，以便确定骨髓造血功能开始恢复的早期指标。方法用ＳｙｓｍｅｘＲ－３０００网织红细胞分析仪对肿瘤病人在化疗过程中的网红计数与分类进行了动态观察，同时用血液分析细胞仪测定白细胞。结果化疗后骨髓明显受抑，造血功能开始恢复时中荧光率网织红细胞（ＭＦＲ）的出现或升高较白细胞数达到２．０×１０９／Ｌ早６．５天（中位数），较网红绝对数达到正常范围早１４天（中位数）。结论ＭＦＲ可作为评价肿瘤病人化疗过程中骨髓造血功能开始恢复的较敏感指标。Objective To obtain an early indicator of marrow recovery.Methods Flowcytometric reticulocyte counts including their maturation status were observed using a Sysmex R3000 automated reticulocyte analyzer during followup of polychemotherapy in 12 patients with tumour. Simultaneously, we detected the white blood cell (WBC) using a haematoanalyzer. Results After marrow suppression, at a median of 6.5 days after MFR rise to the WBC passed the critical limit of 2.0×109/L. But the reticulocytes rose to the normal range after 14 days (median). Conclusions MFR may act as an early indicator of marrow recovery after polychemotherapy proving to be a far more sensitive parameter than WBC and the absolute reticulocyte number.
