摘　　要：文章提出的剑杆织机在线监测与控制系统由单片机、传感器和显示器等组成,织机的主要工作参数如主轴转速、经纬纱张力等都能实时检测并显示在屏幕上,并可根据织物品种的要求方便地进行参数调整,同时还提供测试数据、图形、表格的保存、传输和打印等功能,实现对织机动态参数的监测和主要参数的控制,保证织物生产过程的自动化和产品质量的提高。In this article is put forward an on-time monitoring and controlling system for rapier loom composed of microcomputer, sensor and indicator. The main parameters of the loom as principal axle speed and warp and weft tension can not only be on-time measured and indicated, but also be able to be adjusted to meet the need of fabric variety. The data, draft and chart of these measured parameters can be saved, transferred and printed to realize dynamic monitoring and controlling of main parameters for rapier loom , thus offered the path to process automation and improvement of product quality.
