摘 要:应用体视显微镜观测新型的CERECⅡ型机制作的瓷嵌体与离体人牙粘接前后的适合性。结果表明:粘接前,洞型与嵌体轴壁间隙(67±18μm),龈壁间隙(84±22μm),面平均间隙58.5μm;粘接后,平均边缘浮升量(39±16μm),粘接剂厚度在轴壁(118±37μm),龈壁(123±17μm),面平均厚度80μm。提示:CERECⅡ型机制作的瓷嵌体具有良好的适合性。The purpose of this in vitro study was to investigate the marginal and internal fit of Cerec2 inlays before and after adhesion. The test showeed: ①Before luting, the axial marginal space was 67±18μm, cervical marginal space was 84±22μm and the mean occlusal marginal space was 58μm. ②After luting, the thickness of the luting composite was 118±37μm at axial margin, and 123±17μm at cervical margin, the mean occlusal margin space was 80μm. This study demonstrated the marginal adaptation of Cerec2 inlays satisfied the clinical demand, especially at occlusal margin.
