灵芝对阿霉素所致大鼠细胞毒性的影响

摘　　要：研究灵芝（Ganodermalucidum，FrKarst）对阿霉素所致大鼠细胞毒性的影响。大鼠ig灵芝62.5、125、250、500mg／kgqdx14d；第15d开始小阿霉素3mg／kg，2d1次，共4次，间隔天ig同前剂量灵芝至次，并另设正常对照组和阿霉素损伤模型组。结果：125、250、500mg/kg灵芝组能显著提高由于注射阿霉素所引起的大鼠外周血白细胞和血小板减少（p＜001）；灵芝250及500mg／kg组对阿霉素所致的大鼠心电图改变也有对抗作用（P＜001）。经心、肝、肾病理检验发现，灵芝250及50Omg／kg能显著减轻阿霉素引起的心肌、肝脏和肾小管上皮细胞的浊肿与空泡变性程度。结论：灵芝对阿霉素所致的大鼠细胞毒性有保护作用。PURPOSE To sutdy the effect of Ganoderma lucidum (GL) against the adriamycin -induced cellular toxicity in rats.METHODS Daily oral administration of 62.5, 125, 25O, 5OO mg/kg GL was given to rats for l4 daysfollowed by daily intrapertioneal injection 3 mg/kg adriamycin and daily oral administration of GL on the a1ternative days for 4 times, control group and adriamycin group were set; then the B1ood cell counting, electrocardiograph and tissue slides were observed.RESULTS GL 125～ 5OO mg/kg could significantly increase the number of white blood cell and blood platelet which were decreased by adriamycin, and GL 25O ~ 5OO mg/kg could significantly inhibit the adriamycin - induced cardiac impairment. The tissue slide showed GL 25O~ 5OO mg/kg decreased the degree of c1oudy swelling and vacuolardegeneration induced byadriarnycin in heart, hepatic and renal cells significantly.CONCLUSIONS GL can protect the cellular toxicity induced by adriamycin.
