硒酸酯多糖对癌症患者血清MDA含量及CuZn-SOD活性的影响

摘　　要：目的：了解硒酸酯多糖对肿瘤患者体内ＭＤＡ及ＣｕＺｎ－ＳＯＤ活性的影响。方法：对６０例肿瘤病人随机分成３组：不服硒组，服硒４００μｇ／ｄ组及服８００μｇ／ｄ组并与１５名正常人对照比较。结果：癌症患者血清ＭＤＡ明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），血清Ｓｅ及ＣｕＺｎ－ＳＯＤ活性明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）；服硒酸酯多糖者化疗后血清Ｓｅ较不服者明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣｕＺｎ－ＳＯＤ也明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＭＤＡ含量显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）；服４００μｇ／ｄ组与服８００μｇ／ｄ组之间上述各指标均无明显差异。结论：肿瘤病人摄入适量（４００μｇ／ｄ）硒酸酯多糖可能增加体内ＣｕＺｎ－ＳＯＤ活性，减轻了化疗药物对正常细胞的过氧化损伤。Purpose: To evaluate effcts of kappa-selenocarrgeenan on the serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content and copper xinc superoxide dismutase (CuZn-SOD) activity. Methos: 60 patients with cancer were compared with 15 normal persons and the cancer patients were randomly divided into three groups: the control cancer patients, the patients receiving the drug 200 μg daily with chemotherapy and the patients receiving the drug 800 μg daily with chemotherapy. Results: Resulst showed that serum MDA content of the patients with cancer higher markedly than that of normal persons (P<0.01), while serum Se level and CuZn-SOD activity of the patients were higher markedly than those of normal persons (P<0.01, P<0.05), respectively. At the end of chemotherapy, both serum Se levels and CuZn-SOD activity of two groups of patients receiving various dose of the drug increased markedly in comparison with the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), while MDA content of two groups decreased more markedly (P<0.05). But there was no difference between the two groups of patiens receiving the drug in serum Se level, MDA content and CuZn-SOD activity at the end of ohemotherapy. Conclusins: Moderate amount of kappa-selenocarrageenan (400 μg daily) taken by the patients with cancer is able to increase the CuZn-SOD activity and reduce the superoxied damnge caused by chemotherapy.
