摘　　要：房地产业高速成长,整个产业的人力资源现状却难以满足现实的需求。房地产企业正面临着人才短缺的窘境,本文分析了造成这种局面的原因,并指出破解这种局面的方法就是通过学校教育与职业培训两种途径来对房地产业人才进行培养。Real estate industry high speed growth, but the whole human resource present condition of industry be hard to satisfy realistic of need. The real estate business enterprise faces the embarrassing situation that the talented person run short face to face, this text analyzed to resuh in the reason of this kind of situation, and point out that the method of crack this kind of situation is to pass school education and occupation training two kinds of paths to Carry on development to the real estate industry talented person.
