摘　　要：介绍了精益管理的由来及其应用于医院的理论基础，阐述了医院开展精益流程改善的实施步骤。以南方医院的精益流程改善实例阐明了精益管理应用于医院取得的成效，并分析了其成功实践需重点注意的关键因素。The paper introduces the origin of lean management and the theoretical foundation of application of lean management in hospital. It also elucidates the procedures of optimizing lean process. Based on the achievements of Nanfang Hospital＇s lean practice, the paper indicates the significance of application of lean management in hospital and analyzes key factors for its successful practice.
