摘　　要：γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)类抗癫癎药物在治疗量内对视觉功能影响的不良反应与药物的治疗作用机制有关,本综述探讨GABA类抗癫癎药对视觉功能的影响及可能的发生机制。GABAergic antiepileptic drugs are associated with some specific visual problems that may be related to the mechanistic properties of the drug in therapeutic dose. The following review outlines the visual disturbances associated with some of the most commonly prescribed anticonvulsants. For each drug, the ocular site of potential damage and the likely mechanism responsible for the adverse visual effects is described.
