摘　　要：眼科学者一直在探索寻求有效的治疗青光眼的方法。虽然青光眼降眼压药物取得了重大进展,但手术治疗仍是重要手段。本文对青光眼滤过手术的历史进行了回顾,就非穿透性小梁手术发生、改进、创新、发展以及未来趋势,进行了阐述。Ophthalmologists still search for the effect methods in the treatment of glaucoma.Though further progress has been maken in medication of decreasing intraocular pressure,surgery is still the main methods in the treatment of glaucoma.This article reviewed the history of filtering surgery,specially on the point of the emerge,development,progress and tendency of non-penetrating trabeculectomy.
