摘  要:[目的]研究南果梨水分胁迫下的生理生化特性。[方法]以南果梨幼树盆栽苗为试材,人工模拟水分胁迫设4个处理:对照(75%)、轻度水分胁迫(55%)、中度水分胁迫(40%)和重度水分胁迫(30%),研究了土壤水分胁迫对南果梨叶片生理生化的影响。[结果]不同程度水分胁迫下南果梨叶片相对叶绿素含量、IAA值、水势值呈下降趋势。南果梨叶片中可溶性糖含量在水分胁迫初期增加,4个处理增加程度依次为:重度胁迫>中度胁迫>轻度胁迫;随着水分胁迫时间的延长,可溶性糖含量呈先升后降趋势。南果梨叶片细胞膜透性、MDA含量、相对电导率、脯氨酸和SOD活性均呈上升趋势。[结论]可溶性糖、脯氨酸、MDA含量与南果梨的抗旱性密切相关。[Objective] The purpose was to research the physiological and biochemical characteristics of Nanguo-pear under water stress.[Method] With young tree seedlings of potted Nanguo-pear as tested materials,4 treatments were set up by manually simulating water stress,i.e.CK(75%),light water stress(55%),moderate water stress(40%) and heavy water stress(30%).The effects of soil water stress on the physiology and biochemistry in the leaf of Nanguo-pear were researched.[Result] Under water stresses to different degrees,the relative chlorophyll content,IAA value and water potential value in the leaf of Nanguo-pear showed decreasing trend.The soluble sugar content in the leaf of Nanguo-pear increased in the early period of water stress and the increasing degrees in the 4 treatments in order were heavy stress 〉 moderate stress 〉 light stress.As the time of water stress was extended,the soluble sugar content showed first increasing and then decreasing trend.The membrane permeability,MDA content,relative conductivity,pro line and SOD activity in the leaf of Nanguo-pear showed increasing trend.[Conclusion] Soluble sugar,proline and MDA content had close correlation with the drought resistance of Nanguo-pear.
