摘　　要：指出可持续建筑发展的较技术趋势,通过对首届Holcim可持续建筑大奖赛获奖作品情况的分析,概括可持续建筑软技术设计和管理的两个层面,总结其综合性、地域性、经济性的特点及优势,为我国可持续建筑发展扩展思路,提供方向。This paper paints out the trend of soft-technolgy in the development of sustainable construction. By researching the winning projects of the Holcim Awards competition for sustainable construction, it generalizes the soft-technology of sustainable construction on design and management layers, analyzes its comprehensive, regional and economical advantages, and provides a direction for the development of sustainable construction in China.
