六端口介电常数测量系统自校正的研究

摘　　要：从六端口相对功率理论出发，导出了六端口定标系数的自校正方程，并利用最优化方法对几种自校正算法进行了研究，进而从工程应用角度提出了一种新的介电常数测量方案．实验结果表明，这种方案是可行的、有效的。オァ　　selfcorrection　equation　of　sixport　reflectometer　is　derived　from　the　sixport　relative　power　theory.Several　selfcorrection　methods　are　discussed　by　means　of　optimum　method　and　a　new　scheme　for　sixport　permittivity　measurement　is　proposed　from　the　angle　of　engineering　application.The　experimental　results　shows　that　the　scheme　is　effective　and　practical.It　is　possible　to　make　the　sixport　permittivity　measurement　system　obtain　a　higher　automatic　level　and　a　higher　accuracy.
